A significant exchange took place at the Wiesbaden State Chancellery between the Hessian Minister of Health, Diana Stolz, and Dr. Lutz Ehnert, Vice President of the Kneipp Federation of Germany. The occasion for the meeting was the Minister's official commitment to assume patronage of the Kneippiade in Bad Nauheim in June 2027.
The Kneippiade is recognized worldwide as a key platform for making the five Kneipp elements – water, exercise, medicinal plants, nutrition, and lifestyle – accessible to a broad public. The fact that Hesse, and in particular Bad Nauheim, with its long tradition as a health and spa town, will be hosting this major health event lends it additional significance.
With her commitment, Minister Stolz underscores the relevance of modern preventative care: Kneipp, like almost no other health concept, stands for low-threshold, scientifically supported, and practical measures that reach people of all ages.
